Tae Kwon Do means the way of the hand and foot. It uses powerful hand strikes, blocks, and kicks as a means of self-discipline, spiritual growth, physical conditioning, and self-defense. Tae Kwon Do  is a great way to develop the mind, train the body, and build one's spirit. With Tae Kwon Do being a defensive art of self-protection, it has rapidly developed into an injury-free international competitive sport that resembles a composite of French foot fighting known as Savate and traditional boxing.

Tae Kwon Do is a technically unique style of oriental martial art, which is combined with Korean foot technique and Chinese hand techniques. With many years of discipline and training, students can develop a "feet and body" skill that can be a hidden weapon of defense should they be physically attacked. Tae kwon do is known as the supreme martial art with explosive force, speed, and self-defense training reflexes that serves as a keen and accurate protection from your attacker(s).  We offer a friendly yet modest environment where students can feel comfortable to train, learn, and understand this amazing art form. Our goal is to provide the best possible Martial Arts instructions that are based on values, character development, and teaching each student to live to their fullest potential.
